Elevating a homemade million-dollar shopping site to new heights was our objective. We harnessed the BigCommerce framework and crafted a design that satisfied our client's specific needs. Some of the intricate requirements included a subscription-based checkout along with a one-time checkout option. The challenge was to figure out how a customer could checkout with both types of items in the cart, as illustrated in slide 3. Another significant hurdle was ensuring that customers logged in to checkout due to the complex referral codes associated with the MLM business model. We carefully mapped out these and other steps to guarantee a smooth, straightforward customer journey.
